ABOUT BRIAN SIMONEAU

Brian is a NEK native and a US Navy Veteran. He graduated from NCUHS and enlisted in the US NAVY to serve his country and see the world. After serving his country in the US Navy he came back home Vermont to start his family. He married his wife Brook and they raised their 3 sons.

Brian has been involved in Real Estate his whole life. His father, Roger Simoneau was a well know Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser in the NEK. Brian began his Real Estate career in 1992-1993 when he became a Real Estate Appraiser. Brian has been Appraising Real Estate for the past 30 years and has now decided that it is time to take on selling Real Estate.

Brian’s knowledge of property values will help to best serve his clients (buyers & sellers).
